Acceptance of These Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Vow, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Not Medical Advice

Vow does not provide medical advice. Skin readings are measurements taken from your own photos; they are not a diagnosis and are not a substitute for advice from a dermatologist or other qualified healthcare professional. Always seek professional guidance for medical concerns.

Your Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the security of your sign-in method, and for activity that occurs through your account.

Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. Charges are billed through your Apple ID and are managed through Apple’s subscription settings. RevenueCat supports subscription access management for Vow.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse Vow, interfere with its operation, attempt to access another person’s data, reverse engineer the app except where law permits, or use the service in violation of applicable law.

Intellectual Property

Vow and its design, content, software, and branding are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of any part of the service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Vow is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Vow.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version with a new last-updated date. Your continued use of Vow after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
