Vow — Privacy Policy
Vow helps you keep your skincare routine in one place. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
When you sign in with Apple or Google, we collect the name and email address associated with that sign-in. To personalise your experience, we collect your skin profile, including your skin type, concerns, triggers, and sensitivity; your onboarding answers; the shelf products and routines you add; progress photos and product photos; and journal entries, including mood, triggers, and notes.
Storage and Account Access
We store this information in Supabase, which acts as our data processor. Our systems are configured so that each account can read only its own data.
Analytics and Advertising
We use Meta and TikTok software development kits to understand app activity and measure advertising performance. We use your device’s advertising identifier only if you allow tracking when iOS asks for permission. If you do not allow tracking, we do not use that identifier for tracking.
Subscriptions
Subscription purchases and access are handled by RevenueCat and Apple. We do not receive or store your full Apple payment card details.
Account Deletion
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from inside the app under Settings. Once deletion is completed, your account data cannot be restored.
No Sale of Personal Data
We do not sell your personal data.
Children’s Privacy
Vow is not permitted for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
